Insurance for users with an
active investment of $5000 or more
Insurance is provided to all clients who have an active investment of $5000 or more. In case of market risks, credit risks, liquidity risks and other specified risks, we guarantee the protection of your funds.
Period of insurance
The insurance is valid for the whole term of the investment. However, it is important to remember that if your profit exceeds the deposit amount, the insurance is no longer valid, as you have already reached your desired financial goal.
Why is the insurance no longer valid after
the investment amount has
been exceeded?
When your investment makes a profit and reaches the initial target, the risk to the insurer is minimised. Therefore, once you have covered your investment and started making a profit, the insurance becomes irrelevant. This is a standard practice used in financial risk insurance.
Insurance cover is
not valid in situations of:
Fraudulent or illegal actions on the part of the depositor Force majeure, including but not limited to war, terrorism or natural disasters Pre-existing losses that occurred prior to the conclusion of the insurance contract
Checking the status of your insurance
To ensure that your insurance is up to date, you can check its status on this ig-security.net* page. To do this, you need to go to the page and enter your insurance ID. You will find all the necessary data in your account:
How do I get an insurance claim?
To obtain an insurance claim in the event of an unforeseen situation, please follow these simple steps:

‘Obtaining Insurance Coverage’
Provide your insurance identifier
Please include your unique insurance ID in the body of the email so that we can check that your insurance is up-to-date and check your eligibility for reimbursement.
Processing the request
After sending your letter, our security department will contact you within 72 working hours. If your insurance ID passes the check with no breaches of insurance terms and conditions, you will receive a form to complete. This form is required to start the investment reimbursement process.
If any breach under clause 3 of the insurance contract is found, the application for a refund may be rejected
